The evaluation including: Evaluating whether the implementation strategy (product, price, place, promotion) are committed to the brand positioning. As advertising is the most effective communication channel, and dominates the promotion expenditure, the evaluation will emphasis on examining the effect of advertising, involving advertising reach and consumer prospection etc, which provide significant references for advertising adjustment.Through the evaluation of brand strategy execution, it will help the company to improve the effectiveness of strategy implementation, avoiding wasteful expenditure in targeting consumer by imprecise advertising. Assisting the company to hold the segment market, and becomes the leader in the market segmentation.
